We charge by the form, however there are many variables that can affect the fees we charge. Clients with complex tax situations will be billed for additional accounting work associated with their returns with prior notice and approval by the client. We will always provide an estimate and we require all clients to sign an Engagement Letter. If you work for a large corporation, or you were unemployed for more than 6 months, other discounts may be available, please inquire by email at info@paramounttax.com. Some clients may require additional tax consultation during the year (not associated with IRS Audit or representation before the IRS) after the filing of their tax returns. We provide strategic tax consulting at a discounted rate based on customer loyalty and client circumstances.
If you own a Corporation, LLC, Schedule C Business, and/or Partnership, we require that you provide written revenue and expense reports (financial records). If you cannot provide the financial records, we will bill by the standard hourly rate based on the additional accounting work associated with your returns. We can provide estimates for the most commonly used forms by calling (678) 707-8044 or email info@paramounttax.com for an estimate.
We do not provide a flat fee for IRS Representation due to time, complexity, and your unique circumstances. You will receive a full report of what information that IRS has on your account, the amount of tax that is owed and a plan of action to resolve your tax debt.
For large corporations, State Tax Franchise Boards, and other entities where substantial work is anticipated, our firm may require a larger retainer.

Expenses include travel, per diem, research, and miscellaneous out of pocket expenses. At the end of the engagement, we have a “project close meeting” where we formally terminate the engagement letter.
